Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and may also support international shipping for selected locations upon request.

For bulk, distributor, or wholesale orders, shipping timelines may vary depending on order quantity and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Locations: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: Additional delivery time may apply

Shipping Charges

  • A Shipping of Rupees 100, will be applicable on orders below 1500
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above 1500-/-
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for bulk or oversized orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment status.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team for assistance.

Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Please do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged.
  • Contact us immediately with photos of the package and product.
  • Claims related to damaged deliveries should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
